Mummy-style sleeping bags

I went camping once with my family and ended up sleeping in a mummy-bag. When I got in, I found out that these don't allow for ANY MOVEMENT of your feet. I cannot stand my legs being constrained when I'm sleeping. Which I didn't know until I got into one of these sleeping bags.
